It’s the LAST EPISODE, been a big first season, so it was only right we ended on a big last episode. 2018 marked the year of drilling into the rappers of today on their use of violence, crime and poverty in their lyrics. News reports, articles and socials all had a say in the “harmful effect” this music was having, but nobody thought to question if this was the media’s plan all along… But to do what you ask? Interlude looks at how the human motivation to exist in groups is limiting the black community from escaping the cage that society has locked them in for centuries. How it encourages the youth of today to speak on false adversities, and how such a beautiful group of people are unable to venture into new avenues of creativity.
