The Comprehensive Revision Notes for Civil Litigation, BPC 2020-2021 Syllabus were written by two law students. Having both decided to embark on a legal profession later in life they wanted to ensure they were prepared for their exams. Civil Litigation is one of the toughest module on the Bar. In 2021 the pass rate was just 55%.  Emma Fielding and Anneka Sinclair Jenns worked tirelessly to write this guide to assist other fellow students in preparing for the exam. They did this considering the needs of those with learning difficulties such as dyslexia. With 16 years of experience in the property industry, Ronnie has progressed and worked his way up.
