How to deal with Stress and studies during this pandemic.

Here are a few pointers I’ve learned during this lockdown to manage the stress and anxiety through a semester of online studies during COVID-19. 1) Adapt the new ways of learning:- Many colleges are gearing up for the future of education. Online platforms has proved to be a successful model for the ones who have implemented them. The world has changed and you have to be agile enough to keep up with it. 2) Plan and prepare for your Studies. 3) Always remember to reward yourself. You can always try cooking something as a reward for yourself. 4) You can even go out and chill with friends but remember to wear mask and take all the necessary precautions as I know sitting around the same room whole day long is quiet difficult. 5) Keep yourself connected with friends on whatsApp, Phone call etc. So that you can always talk to them when in need. 6) Try making a schedule of everything, So that everything happens at a particular time. 7) This is the only time where you can plan something big for you and start working on it.
