LEGO Horizon Adventures got us in front of our mics again! It's been a while, but we couldn't resist checking out how Horizon Zero Dawn would be translated into LEGO. We talk about how the world of Horizon looks in LEGO form, the differences from the original game from the story to the characters, and what the gameplay and combat looks like. Its been a LONG road, but we're finally here at the final episode for Burning Shores, as well as the true final episode for Forbidden West. We start by talking about the epilogue between Sylens and Aloy, where we discover a new hope in defeating Nemesis. We then move to talking about the companion datapoints left behind by each of your allies from the base. Most reveal where they are headed, but Sylens' datapoint has some information that affects the entire plot of Burning Shores. We then discuss what systems we'd like to see improved, plot lines we would like to see resolved, and places we would like to visit in the next Horizon game. We end by talking about the future of Lightkeeper Protocol, as well as what is next for both Jaa and Poptart. We were happy to see that Vantage Points were back (kinda) with Aerial Captures. We discuss the Delvers' Trinkets, and the tale of betrayal that it tells. We're finishing up the remaining side quests for Burning Shores. First, we find out that there are still Quen being held by Londra's soldiers. Otosu is looking for help to free Lan, but turns out, he's not being 100% honest with us. We talk about why this side quest offers one of the best arena's to fight human in the entire series, and also the level of sass Lan gives Aloy. Next, we discover a repeating message in the ruins of Los Angeles. That message leads us to a familiar voice trapped behind a door. When we get it open, we're reunited with an old friend from the Frozen Wilds. We help him track down his missing "friend". We only talk about one side quest in this episode, but based on the information it provides about the Quen, it felt like there was a lot to talk about. Aloy comes across Theoa, a Quen at Fleet's End who is part of a splinter group within the tribe that is trying to "undermine" the Board of Compliance. Undermine seems like an understatement. The quest itself isn't that long, but she tells us more about the Board and how they operate, which paints a much darker picture of the Great Delta than we have seen before. Side note, we do get to visit the ruins of LAX in this quest, so that was nice.
