I thought I was doing pretty well in school and then my academic advisor gave me a wake up call ! She said to me, "When will doing just enough no longer be enough!" In this episode, I echo the same advice to every listener.  Even if you're good at doing "just enough to get by", mediocrity does not get you very far! Give Yourself Permission

You deserve to heal and you deserve to be the best version of yourself however, you have to give yourself permission to do so! Just as a student has to give their teacher a permission slip to get from one destination to another; you have to give yourself permission to get from where you are in life, to where you want to be. Lets heal together !
