When those steps are recorded and correlated, farmers can better understand what produced a strong result and how to repeat it. Lee pushes into the harder question: quality is not only objective. Moisture, defects, residue limits, and transport conditions can be tracked more clearly, but sensory quality depends on the person cupping the coffee and the standards they use.
