In episode 3, we hear from Managing Director of International Claims, Chris O’Shea. Chris first joined Markel in 2017 and has held various claims leadership positions since, culminating in being promoted to his current role in early 2024. Chris manages a team of 75+ claims professionals around the world and leads on all things wholesale claims from a strategic standpoint.
