During this podcast I'm talking to Hugh Dellar, co-author of the general English course book series Outcomes and Innovations. He is also co-founder of an online school and training company called Lexical Lab. Today he is talking to us about his experiences of teaching along with giving you some great advice on how best to use course books in the classroom, to support students learning.

During this podcast, I'm having a chat with Ollie Levido who currently teaches English as a foreign language in Bolivia. He's been working there for 2 years, since getting his CELTA certificate. As a reasonably new TEFL teacher he's going to give you his insights into teaching kids - face-to-face and online, and he'll explain what you can expect if you're interested in teaching English online to children in China.

During this podcast, I'm chatting to Bernie Maguire. Bernie has worked in the world of English language in Spain for more than 40 years, with the majority of that time working for the British Council. In the last 10 years she's worked as an advisor in universities at a national level. She's with us today to help you get to grips with understanding your students' levels (A1 - C2), by using the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).

Does the idea of teaching an exam preparation class frighten you? Have you dismissed job adverts looking for teachers to take on exam prep classes because you just don't know how to go about it or don't feel you have the experience? Well, this podcast is ideal for you! I've invited Retta Dawson back to talk on the subject of teaching exam preparation classes. She has 30 years experience in this area of teaching and will give you plenty of reasons to say YES to these types of classes.

In this podcast, I'm excited to be sharing 3 strategies for finding work. These 3 strategies aren't your every day strategies, they require effort and persistence, courage and determination, but when you put them into practice they will set you up for success.
