Feeling stuck is a common experience for many of us. We know we do not want this situation or pattern of behaviour anymore, but we can’t seem to shift it. Dr Heather Mckee helps us to reframe the feeling of stuck and to make positive mental health a habit. She uses examples from mindfulness, movement, relationships as well as examples of gratitude, acts of kindness and how we can look forward to things as mechanisms for moving from ‘stuck’ to action.
