Does your truth make you uncomfortable???

How annoyed are we when we learn we’ve been placed in conversations by others in our absence? But let me ask this... what exactly about it takes you over the edge? In my experience I’ve learned that often, “the truth” of the contents of the discussion is exactly what causes us to feel a way. In this episode I encourage you to embrace your truths-whether good, bad, ugly or indifferent, so that if ever confronted with them you aren’t faced with discomfort. There are many people who spend their time talking about others simply because they are far more interesting than themselves to discuss. Embrace the life you live, knowing that despite any circumstance you have experienced you in the past, you are very much in control of the future and present & if you need to “do something” about your situation...you can very well do so. Do it!
