RECHARGE
In this episode, I sat down with Jason Lakritz from Profunctional Running in Montclair. Jason is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who works with runners of all levels on their training, treatment, and recovery strategies. We got pretty tactical in this episode with what we should be doing in our strength workouts, how to incorporate intervals if you haven't been running, and when to seek treatment for pain that could become worse.
