Welcoming & allowing everything the present moment brings is key to the remembrance of our true nature. Instead of taking the juicy bait that "evidence" brings, what becomes possible when one simply allows all of the feelings, emotions, stories to be felt? When one invites it all into the light of awareness, a whole new experience begins to emerge where truth begins to be remembered. Letting Go, Letting God

Moving from fear to love - from ego to God. What if one truly lets go of the reigns of life, allowing a greater intelligence to orchestrate through them? In this episode we speak about surrendering to God. Using the Holy Spirit (Spirit in which one is WHOLE, complete without any illusions of separation, traumas or fragments - where one rests in UNITY and the peace of God) to release the illusion of grievances. We begin to dive into a bit of ACIM (A Course in Miracles) as a beautiful path to surrendering ego to God.

Protecting/Defending the Ego

Can one truly humble their being enough to allow what is really arising from the depths to be seen? It is "easier" to be a yummy victim to another (or to ones' self) then to really allow that wound to be illuminated.
