I met up with Cindy Reichel and Tom Butcher after their staff meeting to sit down in the store after hours for one of the best interviews and discussions yet. Walking the show floor in almost complete silence and with no customers was like being in Wonka's Chocolate Factory for a personal tour. Both beautiful and eerie since most are used to the sounds of curiosity echoing through every corner of the building during operating hours.
