The first was a lovely woman, “Jennifer”, a listener who is personally known to Fahrusha. She related an amazing synchronicity involving a new baby, a generous half sister, and the half sister’s recently deceased mother. At the 1:47 point in the recording you will hear what sounds like a male voice breaking into the recording saying “eemah-ho”. We here at “Shattered Reality Podcast” have no idea of the source of this voice. “Jennifer’s” uncle had passed the night before, but she says it was not his voice. This remains a mystery. After that otherworldly start, our second very impressive guest, was Dr. Eric Ouellet, military scientist and author of Illuminations: The UFO Experience as a Parapsychological Event, published by Anomalist Books. He has a Ph.D. in Sociology from York University, Toronto. Dr. Ouellet is an Associate Professor in the Department of Defence Studies with the Royal Military College of Canada, physically located at the Canadian Forces College in Toronto. He began the interview by explaining the reasons for the military’s interest in the UFO topic. Eric’s personal hypothesis about UFOs stems from the sociological model of German physicist and parapsychologist, Walter von Lucadou, Ph.D. concerning poltergeist phenomena and we discussed poltergeist cases for a brief interval before applying that hypothesis to UFOs. Fahrusha mentioned that she did not think all UFO cases must of necessity stem from the same source. Perhaps a few might be extraterrestrial while others might be a co-creation of the human psyche with higher forces. Eric Ouellet did not see the need for other “higher” forces to be employed, that the human mind is capable of creating these visible artifacts which can be seen by numbers of individuals. He went on to explain how the Rendlesham Forest incident in Great Britain over the Christmas Holiday of 1980 could be explained through the von Lucadou sociological model used for poltergeists. On February 4, 2020 Fahrusha welcomed researcher David Perkins to “Shattered Reality Podcast” to speak about his firsthand experiences with cattle mutilations and related phenomena. Firsthand experiences are most frequently the best accounts to pay attention to when investigating anomalous phenomena and Perkins has been on the scene for over forty years. Perkins has been a member of an intentional community called Libre in Colorado since the late 60s. He built two houses on the mountain there. There were then and are still today cattle mutilations happening in that area. Every time he thought he had the solution to the phenomena, it would shift and change as if to taunt him or prove him wrong. He is still investigating today. We spoke of the roles of black helicopters, UFOs and drones in conjunction with cattle mutilations. Today David Perkins is highly persuaded by the work of British ecologist James Lovelock regarding the Gaia Hypothesis which says that Our Mother Earth is conscious and a self-regulating system. David thinks that many unexplained phenomena could be viewed as unrecognized forces of Nature.
