Leadership does not always have to be equated to leading a huge group or owning a certain title. God calls us to step into leadership within our own lives, our relationships, and gifts that are trusted with us.

As we grow older, our child-like faith tends to slowly subside. The pressures and responsibilities this world comes with can easily discourage us. Most of us want a quick fix and look for security in earthly things. Who or what do you turn to in times of trouble? We are all God's people, and he takes the responsibility of being a father seriously. Being a child of God means you are fully loved, seen, and heard.
