Beskrivelse

No to cheaper house, no to peace, more war, higher prices, more tariffs. You'd think he hates US citizens the way he treats them and spends their money like it belongs to him. 🧙‍♂️📰 New Gnorm’s Gnews Gnuggets: Housing, Iran, Beards, and the Angry Gnome New Gnorm’s Gnews Gnuggets is here. Analog Scott admits he may be shit-talking challenged. So he did what any reasonable AI nerd would do: He created a shit-talking gnome named Gnorm. Buckle up, buttercup. Today’s steaming pile of Gnews Gnuggets includes: 👉 Trump refusing to sign a bipartisan housing bill 👉 voter ID demands getting tied to housing relief 👉 the Iran ceasefire still being “over” while talks somehow continue 👉 diplomacy by son-in-law and golf buddy 👉 the peace-war-peace-war market roller coaster 👉 and Pete Hegseth cracking down on one of the Navy’s most urgent national security threats… Beards. Yes. Beards. First up: Housing. A bill meant to reduce housing costs has bipartisan support. But Trump is holding out because he wants voter ID changes. Gnorm’s question: “When housing relief gets held hostage for voting restrictions, is that policy — or just weapons-grade nonsense?” Next: Iran. The ceasefire is still over. But Washington says talks may continue. The episode looks at the pattern: Peace talk. Market move. War threat. Fuel spike. Bombs. Repeat. Gnorm’s question: “Is this diplomacy, or a pump-and-dump roller coaster with missiles?” And finally: Beard enforcement. Pete Hegseth is reportedly very concerned about grooming standards. Meetings were held. Pressure was applied. Taxpayer time was spent. On beards. Gnorm, as a beard owner, has thoughts. Many thoughts. Loud thoughts. Beard-protective thoughts. That is the pattern today: Housing held hostage. Peace talks turned into theater. War treated like a market signal. And the Pentagon apparently discovering facial hair. No opinions. Just patterns. And one angry AI gnome who did not crawl out of the enchanted forest for this. Watch Gnorm’s Gnews Gnuggets on Talking to the Machine. Find us wherever you get your podcasts. 🧙‍♂️📰 Tariffs, War Money, AI Blame, and the Time Capsule of Bullshit

New Gnorm’s Gnews Gnuggets is here. Analog Scott is back with another round of headlines, patterns, political chaos, and one angry AI gnome who is absolutely not emotionally prepared for the state of humanity. Today’s episode starts with a reminder of where we are: Democrats being called communists. Billions requested to “fight communism on our shores.” Government overreach expanding. And everybody pretending this is normal. Then Gnorm gets turned loose. Today’s stories: 1. Tariffs, Canada, and generic drugs Trump keeps slapping around the wallets of average Americans with tariffs. Canada. Generic drugs. Consumer prices. More chaos sold as strength. The episode asks whether this is really just taxation without representation — regular people paying more while politicians perform toughness for the cameras. Gnorm has thoughts. Angry ones. 2. More money for a war they said they already won Scott looks at Pete Hegseth asking Congress for billions more for a war the administration already claimed was won. So the pattern is: You said you won. You already got a trillion dollars. You do not seem to have a plan. And now you want more money? That is not strategy. That is a perpetual fundraiser with missiles. 3. The OpenAI medical advice lawsuit A pastor reportedly sued OpenAI after using AI for medical guidance and delaying care. Scott’s take: It is not the tool. It is the hand. AI is not your doctor. AI is not your diagnosis. AI is a pattern machine trained on the good, bad, right, wrong, and ridiculous parts of the internet. Use the tool. Do not outsource your judgment. And do not make the axe useless because somebody tried to shave with it. 4. The election interference time capsule The episode closes with the bigger pattern: Claims of election interference. No proof. A narrative planted now. A story that can be dug up later. A “time capsule of bullshit” waiting for the next election fight. That is the warning. Flood the zone. Exhaust the public. Confuse the facts. Then challenge the outcome. No opinions. Just patterns. Or at least that is what Analog Scott says before Gnorm starts yelling again. 🧙‍♂️📰 Gnorm’s Gnews Gnuggets: Love, Lobby Money, the Shart of the Deal, and Meow Protocol

Today’s Gnorm’s Gnews Gnuggets starts with a little chaos, a little fury, and a reminder from Analog Scott: If we despair, we have already lost. Before turning Gnorm loose on the news, Scott talks about love as a practical response to the current chaos — caring, nurturing, helping those who cannot, building communities of kindness, and refusing to let cruelty become normal. Then Gnorm takes over. Today’s stories: 1. U.S. tax dollars, Israel, settlements, and lobby money Scott looks at U.S. funding for Israel, the 2024 International Court of Justice advisory opinion on Israeli occupation and settlements, and the recent House effort to reduce funding tied to those activities by more than $3 billion. The episode asks why so many politicians, Democrats and Republicans alike, continue sending billions overseas while lobby money keeps flowing through the system. 2. Trump and the Gordie Howe International Bridge Trump delayed the bridge opening, demanded a “better deal,” then apparently got what Gnorm calls another perfect example of: The shart of the deal. A crisis created. A deal claimed. A result that looks worse than where things started. 3. Pilots caught meowing on a hot mic Finally, something ridiculous: pilots caught goofing off on a hot mic at Reagan National Airport. Meow protocol was breached. Gnorm was not impressed. The episode closes by asking whether the constant chaos, distractions, bad deals, scandals, and nonsense are part of the larger pattern — flooding the zone so people miss the stories that matter most. Election claims. Foreign interference narratives. Power protecting itself. Ballot chaos. Fear. Distraction. The same old playbook. No opinions. Just patterns. Or at least that is what Analog Scott says before Gnorm starts yelling. Watch and listen to Gnorm’s Gnews Gnuggets on Talking to the Machine wherever you get your podcasts. 🧙‍♂️📰 Gnorm’s Gnews Gnuggets: Election Lies, Tariffs, Canada Smoke, and the Time Capsule of Bullshit New Gnorm’s Gnews Gnuggets is here. Analog Scott is back from the floating studio somewhere in the ocean, reading the news so the rest of us do not have to work up a full half-day fury. That is what Gnorm is for. Point him at the outrage. Stand clear of the blast radius. In this episode: Trump threatens media licenses after outlets refuse to carry recycled election lies and conspiracy theories. Then he waves around old claims about Venezuela and election interference as if a document about Venezuela somehow proves Georgia was stolen. Analog Scott calls it what it looks like: A time capsule of bullshit planted now so it can be dug up later. Gnorm, naturally, has thoughts. Loud thoughts. Flask-related thoughts. Then we move to tariffs. Trump floats 25% tariffs on Brazil and 25% tariffs on Canada — because wildfire smoke. Yes. Canada smoke. The episode asks why U.S. citizens should pay more for goods because of forest fires made worse by the same climate-denial politics that defund clean energy and accelerate the problem. Gnorm calls it: The shart of the deal. And finally, we talk about the bigger pattern: Election lies. Media intimidation. Foreign interference stories. Tariffs as punishment. Fear as politics. Neighbors turned into enemies. And another setup for chaos when power is on the line. No opinions. Just patterns. Or at least that is what Analog Scott keeps saying while Gnorm screams into the void. Analog Scott - Live talk: Keeping it real with AI

🤖⛵ Keeping It Real with AI: Using Claude to Build a Sailboat Inventory for Cabo In this video, Analog Scott gives a live talk on Keeping It Real with AI — how to get practical value from AI without getting lost in hype, fear, or magic chatbot nonsense. The focus is simple: Use AI to help humans do real work. Not replace the human. Not skip verification. Not pretend the machine knows more than it does. This video includes a real-world demo using Claude co-work to help organize an inventory for our sailboat as we prepare for the trip south to Cabo San Lucas. The problem: A boat has stuff everywhere. Lockers. Cabins. Tool bags. Safety gear. Spare parts. Medical supplies. Electronics. Navigation gear. Solar parts. AIS equipment. Lines. Connectors. Repair supplies. Food. Water. And a whole lot of “I know I saw that somewhere.” That is where AI can actually help. In the demo, we use Claude to take messy boat-prep information and turn it into something useful: Categories. Inventory structure. Checklists. Preparation steps. Gaps to verify. Things to inspect before going offshore. The video shows how AI can help organize chaos into a practical workflow. But it also makes the main point clear: Claude can organize the list. Claude can suggest categories. Claude can help find missing items. Claude can help create a better checklist. But Claude cannot smell the bilge. Bummer. That is why the human still verifies. This is not a video about AI replacing judgment. It is about using AI as a tool to support judgment. For boat owners, small businesses, creators, and anyone trying to get more organized, this is the pattern: Give AI real context. Ask it to structure the mess. Review the output. Verify the facts. Apply human experience. Then use the result to make better decisions. That is how you get value from AI. Real workflow. Real boat. Real trip prep. Real human still in the loop. Trump Epstein War back on, Johnson wants money to fight US citizens, Trump ICE Traffic Stops to Continue

🧙‍♂️📰 Gnorm’s Gnews Gnuggets: ICE, Military Spending, Iran, and the Pattern of Power From the floating studio somewhere in the ocean, Analog Scott is back with another episode of Gnorm’s Gnews Gnuggets, where Scott reads the news and an angry AI gnome adds his two cents. And today, Gnorm is not amused. This episode looks at three big stories: 1. ICE traffic stops and fatal shootings Trump says ICE will not stop doing traffic stops, even after reports of multiple fatal shootings tied to the immigration crackdown. The episode asks what happens when militarized federal enforcement tactics become normalized on U.S. soil. 2. Mike Johnson, military spending, and “communism on our shores” Speaker Mike Johnson is reportedly justifying hundreds of billions in additional military spending by saying the country is fighting “communism on our shores.” Analog Scott breaks down the pattern: when political opponents are labeled enemies, and military funding is justified as domestic protection, citizens should pay attention. 3. Trump, Iran, ceasefires, and the 60-day war clock Trump says the war is back on, while claiming a ceasefire reset gives him another 60 days without new congressional approval. The episode looks at the pattern of war, ceasefires, markets, money, and political power. This one is about violence, fear, taxpayer money, war funding, immigration enforcement, and the people who keep benefiting while everyone else pays the bill. Gnorm has thoughts. Loud thoughts. Angry thoughts. Flask-adjacent thoughts. Because the pattern keeps repeating: Fund war. Cut services. Label enemies. Expand enforcement. Normalize fear. Then act surprised when people get hurt. No opinions. Just patterns. Listen to Talking to the Machine wherever you get your podcasts.
