Some of the most powerful, high-frequency people I meet are the ones who doubt themselves the most, and that gap can be heartbreaking to watch. Today I’m pulling back the curtain on what I see behind low self-worth, chronic self-criticism, and the feeling that you’ll never live up to your potential, even when your future timeline says otherwise. The Dark Force Booby Trap — What Happened When I Looked In

I thought I was squeezing in a quick intuitive check...but then my body delivered a loud “no.” While traveling and recording from the car, I share a story that starts with a missed session on my calendar and ends with a serious reminder about energetic boundaries, self-love, and why proper protection practices matter when you do energy healing or intuitive work. I break down how I connected the dots, what I noticed after looking at the healer’s Instagram, and why I call this kind of hit a “booby trap” style attack. Dark Force Programming In Plain Sight

A kids movie seems harmless until your child repeats the message back to you in the car. After taking my kids to see a new PG film, one offhand comment from my son made me rewind the whole storyline and ask what was really being “taught” beneath the plot. Today I'm talking about two Dark Force programs that are hiding in plain sight, and why they matter for families who are trying to stay clear, grounded, and intentional in a world full of subtle influence. First, I share what stood out to me in the movie, why humanizing certain animals can quietly reshape kids’ emotions around eating meat, and how shame-based narratives can take root early. From there, I connect it to brain health and nutrition, including why I believe children need real, nutrient-dense foods and healthy dietary fat for development, and why I don’t buy the mainstream demonization of cholesterol and whole-food fats.
