2. Spiritual Awakening

Hot Damn! A spiritual awakening, or High Level Shit (HLS) experience as my brother refers to it. I'll take you through the situation leading up to the spiritual awakening as well as the overall sensation of it.

3. The Equation

My spiritual experience culminated (it never really ends) with an equation to help show how love facilitates an enlightened experience. In this episode I attempt to explain this equation and why I think it is related to our evolution as a species.

In part one of two episodes of looking at cultural influences on emotional freedom, we'll look at how our spirituality is inextricably linked to our culture. In this episode I also examine the notion of being a good person as well as looking at the damaging effects of pathologization.
