Feast Diaries Podcast | Episode 2 | Kris Li - Co-Founder of Jing-A Brewing Co.

For the second episode, I spend time chatting with Kris Li, co-founder of Beijing's beloved Jing-A Brewing. We take a deeper look into their story, from their humble beginnings of homebrew kits to collaborations with fellow beer fanatics on a global scale. Kris lets us in on their creative process behind their innovative beers and how they've been dealing with the current global pandemic. Their latest venture is 京A's participation in the ALL TOGETHER project, a worldwide collaboration initiated by a New York-based brewery, Other Half Brewing, to help workers in the hospitality industry affected by Covid-19. Their brand new gorgeous, bright hazy IPA is now on tap in both of their locations and available in cans for takeaway or delivery! Proceeds from this charitable brew will go towards helping 京A staff who were unable to work during Beijing's lockdown, and they'll also be donating half their kegs to other bars in the community that has struggled over the last few months.
