Hey there! Welcome to the FIRST EPISODE of the Guide is Inside Podcast! I am Iffath and I wanted to start off my podcast by sharing a story I published in Planner Girl Magazine that I believe captures the essence of listening to the guide inside. I talk about how acting on my intuition has helped me with my struggle with anxiety and depression.
