California is the perfect Democratic utopia. Not because everything works. Because nothing has to work. Think about it. The state is losing people, businesses, tax revenue, and occasionally entire neighborhoods. Yet somehow Democrats still present California the way realtors describe a house with termites. "Open concept." Spencer Pratt looked at what happened to his community, looked at what happened to his own home, and decided to get involved. That's usually the part where Democrats tell us democracy is beautiful. Citizens engaged. Voices being heard. People participating in the process. Unless, of course, they're the wrong citizens with the wrong voices participating in the wrong process. Then democracy suddenly becomes a public health emergency. California Republicans don't vote. They provide test data. Their ballots are essentially quality-control reports that let Democrats know whether the system needs additional adjustments. The 2016 Presidential Election shook up the Leftist world and the world in general. In reflection, I understand the impossible odds that Trump faced, not because Hillary Clinton was a better candidate, but because the fix was in. Trump wasn't supposed to win. Most of the so-called experts predicted otherwise, predictions that flew in the face of what we were seeing. The media and polls amplified the “experts”. The paid shills verified the experts, and celebrities added their inconsequential opinions. It was the most thoroughly approved election in history... right up until voters delivered a different outcome. Imagine spending billions creating the world's most sophisticated vending machine, inserting the proper candidate, pushing all the right buttons, and having Donald Trump fall out the bottom instead. That's what happened in 2016. The machine broke. Leftist discovered that the machine they designed to make things look like voters mattered had a glitch. The cabal lost control of the outcome. Then came the frantic repairs. The infamous voting machines from Dominion. Updates were installed. Patches were downloaded. Emergency maintenance was performed. Welcome, Friends and Patriots. I saw a post the other day that made me laugh because it was so simple, so practical, and therefore guaranteed never to occur to a politician. The post said: "End SNAP. Replace it with monthly distributions of dried beans, powdered milk, and rice. See how quickly people go back to work." Now before the media starts hyperventilating into a paper bag, the point isn't whether you'd actually do it. The point is that conservatives think differently. We look at a problem and instinctively ask, "What's causing it?" Government looks at a problem and asks, "How much money can we throw at it before the next election?" That's the difference. Conservatives are mechanics. We pop the hood. Leftists are interior decorators. They hang an air freshener on a smoking engine and call it progress. We are practical people. You don't need a secret handshake to become a conservative. There aren't seventeen pronouns to memorize. No mandatory reading list. No ideological purity tests. The requirements are pretty simple. Tell the truth. Work hard. Take responsibility. Treat people fairly. And be willing to hear another point of view without needing a therapist afterward. That's it. Most conservatives I know will argue with you for an hour, buy you lunch afterward, and mean neither thing personally. The Left can't do that anymore. Disagreement has become violence. Questions have become hate speech. Common sense has become extremism. Which is why people are constantly self-deporting from our side of the political fence. Not because conservatives throw them out. Apparently Tucker now believes President Trump has diminished American power in unimaginable ways. Unimaginable? Really? That's the word we're going with? While Iran is getting hammered. While Venezuela got exposed as a paper tiger. While Russia and China are learning that military hardware advertised like a late-night infomercial doesn't always perform as advertised. America's enemies seem considerably less confident than they did a few years ago. Maybe somebody should inform them they're winning. Leftism has reached the point where it cannot define itself by accomplishment, prosperity, security, freedom, patriotism, family, or even happiness. The only way to understand modern Leftism is to chronicle what it promotes. And once you make that list, you begin wondering whether you're reading a political platform or the side effects section of a pharmaceutical product. The deeper problem isn't any individual policy. It's that modern Leftism increasingly defines virtue as the inversion of common sense. If a border works, open them. If standards work, lower them. If merit works, reward mediocrity. If a tradition survives, dismantle it. If people succeed, punish them, then take credit for their achievements. Eventually the movement stops building things and becomes a demolition crew searching for its next wall to demolish. So what are our examples? Let’s look at the SPLC We have the SPLC PAYING FOR RACISM. A blind man can see the irony and hypocrisy of this on Jupiter and without a telescope. Nothing says ‘we defeated the racism’ like requesting a W-9” from the white supremacist you just hired. What a story. I'm genuinely concerned about Leftists. As a psychiatrist would be to a patient who he has determine to be unfit to be loosed in the public. I honestly think they should all be reported to the authorities, and have their social media accounts carefully monitored. Be honest, have you ever seen such a crazed group of imbeciles? I wish my news feeds were a joke, but they are not. Wherever Leftists exists, you are in DANGER. Here is but one example: Police have just arrested DEMOCRAT Congressional candidate Kirill Basin in Hawaii for pulling a FIREARM on officials after storming a government building He's been charged with terrorist threatening in the first degree. Democrats are filled with utter psychos! I'm concerned because I don't know how any political movement survives this level of public self-destruction. These people are EVIL. Seriously, what is the sales pitch anymore? Imagine you're recruiting for the Democratic Party in 2026. "Come join us. We oppose voter ID. We defend government waste until someone finds it. We support policies voters reject, then call the voters the problem. We lose elections and immediately begin holding seminars on why reality is unfair." Who signs up for that? And yet somehow they're still here. It's like watching a political version of a mall store that's been "Going Out of Business" since 1997. Every week Democrats discover a new hill to die on. Not a mountain. Not a strategic position. A hill. A tiny, insignificant mound that normal Americans didn't even know existed until Democrats climbed on top of it waving a flag. The latest example? President Trump wants to beautify Washington, D.C. And Democrats are upset. Think about how remarkable that is. There are wars. Inflation concerns. Crime. The border. National debt. But somewhere in America sits a Democrat operative furiously typing a memo titled: "Why Cleaner Streets Are A Threat To Democracy." You couldn't parody these people aggressively enough to catch up with reality. And what fascinates me isn't their insanity. It's their honesty. They're finally saying the quiet part out loud. For decades, Democrats wrapped radical ideas in beautiful language. Everything was compassion. Fairness. Equality. Now they've stopped decorating the package. The wrapping paper is gone. The public gets to see the product. And Americans are responding accordingly. Reports indicate Democrats lost millions of voters during the Biden years. The shocking part isn't that they lost voters. The shocking part is that they didn't lose more. Because every time Americans ask for common sense, Democrats respond like vampires being introduced to sunlight. He didn't drop out because politics got inconvenient. He dropped out because his home and vehicle were shot up while his family was inside the house. This is for a county seat. In Huntersville, North Carolina. Drive-bys are hitting the suburbs now. And the man quit the race because he didn't want to be killed. That sentence should make every normal American stop what they're doing. We are not talking about a presidential campaign. We are not talking about some national celebrity politician with a security detail and handlers who wear earpieces. This was a county race. And yet the threat was real enough that a man looked at public service, looked at his family, looked at the bullet holes, and said, "No office is worth this." Democrats should not be smug about that climate. Nobody should. Because once politics becomes physically dangerous for ordinary people, the country is not debating anymore. It is deteriorating. And as I said earlier, the modern Left is deranged and dangerous because the ideology creates madness. When you live a lie long enough, reality becomes the enemy. And if reality becomes the enemy, eventually the people telling the truth become targets. Communication is the key. I know that sounds trite, but it is a fact. If you can't communicate with somebody, if you can't let them speak openly without judgment or punishment, the relationship won't survive. And that is what should give people hope: the Left cannot communicate anymore. It can chant. It can accuse. It can cancel. It can threaten. It can scream into a camera like the Constitution personally stole its bicycle. But it cannot persuade.
