Honouring My Sleep Helps Me Think Clearer

Hi Everyone, Hope you have all been having a great week.  In this episode its more about where I am at this week, Allowing my body to rest and honouring when I need to sleep rather than fighting it. The correct amount of sleep has really given me clearer thoughts and giving me a better vision of what I want.  Also a few things have crept up that got to me however I had to have a word with myself. Hi all,              Sorry for this weeks podcast being late. Ive been having some health issues and trying to get better so recording this week and getting it uploaded have been a longer process. While I work on this I shall get the podcasts up when I can however they probably wont be on a set day.
