An exercise on calming your anxious mind with the following scriptures: Philipians 4:6-7- Be anxious about nothing; but in everything by prayer, supplication with thanksgiving,let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passes all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you (1 Peters 5:7) Isaiah 26:3 -Thou will keep him in perfect peace; whose mind is stayed on thee:because he trusts in thee.
