Life Doesn't End On The Inside

This episode reflects how Isaac and I understood that our lives continued on the inside.  We had to continue challenging ourselves to gain knowledge in many areas, including education, mental health, spiritual health, physical health and overall wellness.  We detail how we kept our eyes on the prize and prepared daily for our inevitable release.  We share the importance of being involved and having awareness of our civic duties and finding space for leisure time.

Prisoner's Building Relationships w/Staff Members

This episode will explain the importance of prisoner/staff relationships.  Isaac and I will explain how we established a dual respect from staff members that ultimately led to healthy relationships.  We describe how our relationships inside inevitably helped our return to society.  The significance of a healthy relationship could be the difference in life or death scenarios.  Isaac and I explain how we showed respect to all, in some of our most difficult moments.

The Brotherhood

Isaac and I will describe our lives at "The Walls", The Moundsville West Virginia Penitentiary from the early 1990's until the closing of the prison.  We share information how we formed a "Brotherhood" consisting of fellow prisoners from various cities throughout the United States of America.  We detail how our Brotherhood and family bond enhanced each other's lives and assisted all in maintaining throughout our incarceration.  We depended on each other for support and uplifting in our various times of need.  The Brotherhood was our lifeline inside.  Today, over 28 years later, we continue to rely and appreciate our Brotherly bond and love for each other.
