You know him as Lollujo, I know him as Kevin, and it was high time that we sat down to talk about what makes a good YouTube video (and the state of Football Manager, of course).

Reece gets all the plaudits as the first editor for the YouTube channel, but another person, Ayal, is equally as important to the progress of not only YouTube but the stream on Twitch as well. This is his story, how he came to work for me, and why it has become a match made in heaven... even if we live on the other side of the world from each other.
