Think Like A Pancreas...The Podcast!
Adding movement to your day is easier than you think no matter what your activity level--AND it has more benefits than many realize! In episode 85 of the Think Like a Pancreas podcast, exercise physiologist Gary Scheiner and physician Paula Diab explain the difference between activity and exercise. They explore how integrating more physical activity into daily routines can improve health, manage diabetes, and enhance overall well-being. Learn how these clinicians add more movement in their own busy life by doing little things like parking farther away from the coffee shop.
