episode Why The Establishment Destroyed Michael Jackson | Jerm Warfare cover

Why The Establishment Destroyed Michael Jackson | Jerm Warfare

Michael Jackson was a brilliant humanitarian artist who was deliberately targeted. The molestation allegations were baseless and crumble under scrutiny. The corporate press acted as a weapon to demonise him; powerful figures in the entertainment industry conspired to derail his career and destroy his integrity. Wiesak frames his story not as a tale of a troubled star, but as an exposé of how media, power, and money collude to take down someone who refused to play along. This is all according to author Monika Wiesak in her book Michael Jackson: The Man, the Music, the Controversy. https://monikawiesak.substack.com [https://monikawiesak.substack.com] ► Join UK Column Live every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 1pm UK time or watch previous live recordings here: https://bit.ly/UKColumn_Live [https://bit.ly/UKColumn_Live] ► [UK Column Website] Explore all our written and video content on the official UK Column website: https://www.ukcolumn.org/ [https://www.ukcolumn.org/] ► [Support UK Column] Please donate to support our independent journalism & investigative journalism: https://support.ukcolumn.org/ [https://support.ukcolumn.org/] ► [UK Column YouTube] Please subscribe to the UK Column News YouTube channel for more alternative news and independent news: https://bit.ly/ukcolumnofficial [https://bit.ly/ukcolumnofficial] Follow #UKColumn on: ► X: https://x.com/ukcolumn [https://x.com/ukcolumn] ► Telegram: https://t.me/ukcolumn [https://t.me/ukcolumn] ► Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/UKColumnExtracts [https://www.facebook.com/UKColumnExtracts] ► Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/uk_column_news [https://www.instagram.com/uk_column_news]

episode Getting to know the Heritage Party with Leader David Kurten | UK Column Interviews cover

Getting to know the Heritage Party with Leader David Kurten | UK Column Interviews

Following a brief meeting with Heritage party leader David Kurten at the Public Child Protection Wales conference in South Wales in April this year, Brian Gerrish is very pleased to bring David into UK Column studio 2 for an informative discussion about the party and its approach. In an engaging interview, David Kurten talks about the party's campaigning efforts in Wales, the appointment of Kim Isherwood PCPW as party leader for Wales, censorship of small parties in the press, their exclusion from hustings and how much effort is needed to break through the 'main' party stranglehold of democracy, including those all important leafleting and doorstep visits. David places an important focus on the difference that people can make by getting elected in local council and parish council elections. David also stresses the importance of Christian, pro-life and anti-war Heritage party values over and above the uni-party focus on policies alone. Brian and David discuss the attack on society by a beast system as a foundation to fight back via the ballet box, and take a look at the other emerging parties. Enthusiastic and very well informed as always, David Kurten encourages everyone to get involved in active politics to counter the emerging regime of a destructive political system hostile to communities, families, human identity and Christianity; threats which have enabled him to productively engage with other faiths, particularly around the vital topic of protection of our children. episode Has China Already Won the Tech Race? | Silk and Steel cover

Has China Already Won the Tech Race? | Silk and Steel

The technological competition between China and the United States is entering a new phase—and many of the assumptions that dominated the past decade are being challenged. In this episode of the Silk & Steel Podcast, Carl Zha welcomes back technology analyst TP Huang for a sweeping discussion on artificial intelligence, semiconductors, Huawei's latest breakthroughs, robotics, space technology, energy systems, and the future of global innovation. They examine whether China's technology ecosystem has reached "escape velocity" despite years of export controls and sanctions, why Huawei's semiconductor strategy may be more important than many observers realize, and how China's AI sector has evolved into one of the most competitive innovation environments in the world. The conversation also explores DeepSeek, Alibaba's Qwen models, ByteDance's AI ambitions, humanoid robotics, satellite constellations, quantum computing, energy technologies, and the industries most likely to shape the next decade. If you want to understand where the global technology race is heading, this is a conversation you don't want to miss. Topics Covered ✅ Huawei's latest semiconductor breakthroughs ✅ Tail-scaling vs traditional Moore's Law ✅ China's AI ecosystem and startup competition ✅ DeepSeek, Qwen, Kimi, Doubao, and China's AI models ✅ Can America maintain its compute advantage? ✅ The impact of US export controls ✅ China's semiconductor supply chain ✅ Embodied AI and humanoid robotics ✅ Manufacturing and industrial automation ✅ Satellite constellations and the future of space ✅ SpaceX vs China's commercial space sector ✅ Quantum computing developments ✅ Rare earths and strategic resources ✅ Energy innovation and next-generation infrastructure ✅ The future of the US-China technology competition Key Takeaways • China's technology sector is no longer dependent on copying foreign innovations and is increasingly driving original breakthroughs. • Huawei's strategy focuses on system-level innovation rather than simply chasing the smallest process nodes. • China's AI ecosystem combines powerful technology giants with intensely competitive startups. • Export controls have accelerated domestic investment across key technology sectors. • Robotics, AI infrastructure, semiconductors, and space technology may become China's strongest competitive advantages over the next decade. • The future technology race will be determined by entire industrial ecosystems—not just individual companies. ► Join UK Column Live every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 1pm UK time or watch previous live recordings here: https://bit.ly/UKColumn_Live [https://bit.ly/UKColumn_Live] ► [UK Column Website] Explore all our written and video content on the official UK Column website: https://www.ukcolumn.org/ [https://www.ukcolumn.org/] ► [Support UK Column] Please donate to support our independent journalism & investigative journalism: https://support.ukcolumn.org/ [https://support.ukcolumn.org/] ► [UK Column YouTube] Please subscribe to the UK Column News YouTube channel for more alternative news and independent news: https://bit.ly/ukcolumnofficial [https://bit.ly/ukcolumnofficial] Follow #UKColumn on: ► X: https://x.com/ukcolumn [https://x.com/ukcolumn] ► Telegram: https://t.me/ukcolumn [https://t.me/ukcolumn] ► Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/UKColumnExtracts [https://www.facebook.com/UKColumnExtracts] ► Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/uk_column_news [https://www.instagram.com/uk_column_news]

episode Be Creative! cover

Be Creative!

This week’s banter between Mike, Charles, and Jerm makes the case that creativity is fundamentally an act of resistance — a way to refuse to let societal control and conformity flatten you into a passive consumer. Distraction culture and consumerism are designed to keep people scrolling instead of making things. That is no accident. When you look at movements like punk and blues, you see the same pattern: they started as raw, rebellious forms of self-expression, but commercialisation watered them down and sold them back to people stripped of their edge. Community is crucial here — creativity thrives when people share ideas and support each other, not in isolation. And it is not just about inspiration; you need practical skills and education to actually express yourself. Without the tools, the urge to create does not go anywhere. Algorithms can mimic style, but they cannot replicate the human drive to make something — that drive is essential to what it means to be a person. Creativity isn't just a nice hobby either; it is necessary for personal growth and for society to actually move forward rather than to become useless eaters. ► Join UK Column Live every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 1pm UK time or watch previous live recordings here: https://bit.ly/UKColumn_Live [https://bit.ly/UKColumn_Live] ► [UK Column Website] Explore all our written and video content on the official UK Column website: https://www.ukcolumn.org/ [https://www.ukcolumn.org/] ► [Support UK Column] Please donate to support our independent journalism & investigative journalism: https://support.ukcolumn.org/ [https://support.ukcolumn.org/] ► [UK Column YouTube] Please subscribe to the UK Column News YouTube channel for more alternative news and independent news: https://bit.ly/ukcolumnofficial [https://bit.ly/ukcolumnofficial] Follow #UKColumn on: ► X: https://x.com/ukcolumn [https://x.com/ukcolumn] ► Telegram: https://t.me/ukcolumn [https://t.me/ukcolumn] ► Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/UKColumnExtracts [https://www.facebook.com/UKColumnExtracts] ► Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/uk_column_news [https://www.instagram.com/uk_column_news]
