Happy Saturday Everyone, This Month is International Women’s Month and we got a lineup of some GREAT ladies. This week I was joined by the lovely Christina Sloan, host of Working Overtime the Podcast. Right after the new year I knew I need to change some habits and create some healthier mindsets. Christina’s productivity episode popped up and I was hooked. I knew I had to have her share some of her helpful tips for productivity and self development. In this episode we talk about healthier changes for your mind, body, and health. Christina talks about the importance of time with yourself, how to overcome all that is holding you back, and how to start showing up for yourself, and the world.
