XState in the Wild
This is the full interview with Doug Lowder about how Expo uses XState. Expo is a company that develops a suite of tools and services to simplify building, deploying, and maintaining React Native applications. Expo uses XState in the Expo Updates package, which enables remote updates of application code. Doug Lowder, who introduced XState at Expo, accepted my invitation to talk with me about Expo Updates, XState, state machines, and React Server Components.
