After a guided body scan and flowing rain breathwork, you'll imagine standing in a forest clearing, feeling the rain rinse away anything that's heavy. You'll then envision yourself transforming into rain and follow the natural cycle down through the earth, up through the trees, into the sky, and back down to the forest.
