Digital Detox: Results of the 2-Week Experiment

The two-week digital detox has drawn to an end, and Joy reports to Teresa how her life changed while going off-grid. Digital Detox: A Two-Week Experiment

Joy decides to go off-the-grid for two weeks in an attempt to re-set thought patterns, gain time, spur creativity and live life outside the distorted lens of social media.
