My ex boyfriend came at the perfect time. He helped me in so many ways but the relationship was definitely a struggle.  In this episode I  give insight into: 1. Why I was able to date him for as long as I did. 2. What was going on in my life that made me more likely to date a man. 3. How that relationship eventually fizzled out. 4. My thoughts on if you need to have the I'm gay talk with you significant other.

How People Pleasing allowed Me to Stuff Down My Sexuality and How I Stopped

The best part of coming through people pleasing is finding that core part of you. Discovering your real truthful personality and getting to meet yourself feels so lovely.  This episode is pretty reflective. I share a lot about my personal experiences with people pleasing, anxiety and how it played into my late bloomer story.
