Cherry and the Hoot
In this episode, CC takes a brief moment to thank all Cherry and the Hoot blog and podcast supporters. You all are greatly appreciated! Last week was about learning positive coping skills; now, it's time to identify a few negative coping skills. Negative coping should never be the answer because too much of it could turn into destructive habits, causing undesirable additional troubles in our lives.
