Becoming More Soul Embodied: Why Your Body Is Speaking Louder

This week’s episode is all about embodiment—what it actually means and what starts to happen as we become more fully in our bodies. As we feel safer in ourselves, something shifts. Our soul begins to communicate more clearly. More directly.  In this episode, I talk about how that communication can show up physically—through sensation, tightness, pain, and how to start understanding what your body might be trying to show you. I also share: * What it really means to become more embodied * Why the soul speaks louder as the body becomes safer * How physical sensations can be a form of communication * The psoas and what it may hold * The soul meaning behind  left and right side glute pain * What may be behind hip and sciatic discomfort This isn’t about fixing your body.
