Today, I’m going to cover six surprising foods that can kill you and a few potential natural antidotes. The top deadliest foods: 1. Pufferfish (fugu) 2. Death cap mushroom 3. Korean baby octopus 4. Green potatoes 5. Raw chicken 6. Foods containing cyanide: • The seeds or pits of apples, peaches, pears, and apricots • Bitter almonds • Cassava It’s best to avoid any of the above at all costs. If you do somehow consume death cap mushrooms, milk thistle and NAC are two potential antidotes that may help. Methylene blue is another potential antidote that has been used to help counter cyanide poisoning. Insomnia is torture! In this video, I’ll share several sleep tips to address the real reason why you’re waking up at night. Find out how to sleep better at night and eliminate sleep problems for good. Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) [https://open.spotify.com/episode/4oKZ046rIAE3zwxDb06ZaO] 0:00 Introduction: How can I sleep better at night? 0:57 Magnesium for better sleep 2:11 Low blood sugar and sleep problems 2:50 Tips to sleep better at night 3:46 Salt and sleep 4:39 Increasing melatonin to sleep better at night 5:22 Liver health and insomnia Cortisol should be at its lowest point at 2 a.m., but for some, it’s at its highest! This can cause night waking and other sleep problems that can really interfere with your day. Sleep medication can worsen this problem by causing your cortisol to rise even more. Magnesium glycinate before bed can help lower cortisol, which can help you sleep better at night. Twitching and cramping can signify a magnesium deficiency. Low blood sugar can increase cortisol and cause you to wake up at night. If your diet is high in carbs, your blood sugar may decrease while sleeping, and your body will increase cortisol levels to normalize your blood sugar. If you’re waking up at 2 a.m., evaluate what you ate the day before. Refined starches, MSG, alcohol, snacking, and eating late can disturb sleep. Salt cravings can signify a sodium deficiency. Sodium helps lower cortisol, so add more sea salt to your meals throughout the day if you’re having salt cravings. Here are a few other sleep tips that can help you sleep better at night: •Avoid suspense and action movies before bed •Avoid blue light before bed •Get plenty of sunlight during the day •Go for long walks •Exercise to release excess energy The liver detoxifies the body between 1 a.m. and 3 a.m. Night waking during this time frame could signify a problem with the liver. Milk thistle before bed can help. Restless legs syndrome can be related to a B1 or magnesium deficiency. Lower your carb intake and increase your consumption of these nutrients. A high pulse rate could signify a potassium deficiency, which can also interfere with sleep. Apple cider vinegar before bed can help stabilize blood sugar for better sleep, but make sure it’s diluted. #1 Best Fix for POOR Eyesight (Especially Over 50!)

Around 1 in 4 people over 65 have cataracts, and by 80, that figure jumps to 1 in 2. Many people go blind because of this! Find out how to help prevent cataracts naturally with an effective natural remedy. Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) [https://open.spotify.com/episode/4oKZ046rIAE3zwxDb06ZaO] 0:00 Introduction: Cataracts explained 0:17 What causes cataracts? 1:34 The best remedy for cataracts 3:44 NAC for cataracts and eye health 5:04 How to use NAC for cataracts 5:55 Cataract risk factors NAC Product Link: 🛒 https://drbrg.co/43jGdCW BOOK LINK: https://www.amazon.com/Cataract-Cure-... DATA: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles...https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/12001...https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/26084... All it takes is a small amount of oxidative stress to the eye's lens to develop a cataract. A healthy lens is composed of an organized protein called crystallin. When this tissue becomes damaged, it is not replaced. Glycation can damage the lens of the eye. It results from sugar connecting to a protein and then becoming stuck and unusable to the body. Steroids like Prednisone can also increase the risk of cataracts. Not all surgeries can eliminate cataracts, and they can come with complications. According to “The Cataract Cure” by Dr. Marios Kyriazis, there is a safe, effective remedy for cataracts. Carnosine is a unique compound that can penetrate the lens of the eye and help with cataracts. Carnosine is a potent antioxidant that can dissolve damaged proteins. It can also activate your own antioxidants. NAC (n-acetyl carnosine) eye drops are one of the best remedies for cataracts. In an experiment conducted at the Moscow Helmholtz Research Institute of Eye Diseases, scientists used NAC eyedrops at 1% concentration on rabbits. They found that NAC could reach the inner parts of the eye within 15 to 30 minutes. No side effects were reported during this experiment. The author concluded that NAC is a proposed eye treatment for eye disorders, including cataracts, glaucoma, corneal disorders, inflammation, and complications from diabetes. The same group of scientists who performed the rabbit studies also tested NAC on humans. They selected 49 volunteers with an average age of 65 who had established age-related cataracts. After 6 months, researchers found that: •41% of people presented a significant reduction of clouding in the lens •90% showed a gradual improvement in vision •89% showed up to a 100% improvement in sensitivity to glare NAC for cataracts must be used for at least 3 to 5 months. Antioxidants such as those found in onions, egg yolks, leafy greens, and grass-fed red meat can protect you against cataracts. Vitamin A is vital for eye health and can be found in cod liver oil and grass-fed liver. B vitamins, especially B2, B6, and folate, are also essential. Let’s talk about why you feel sleepy after eating. If you consume a high-carb diet or even a high-protein diet with a lot of carbs, you elevate blood sugar and insulin levels. This leads to insulin resistance. When you have insulin resistance, your cells resist insulin and fuel. This means that when you eat, the fuel isn’t going into the cells, causing the cells to lack energy. Other causes of fatigue after eating include: • Overeating • Low hydrochloric acid • Lack of sleep • Snacking • Reactivated virus What to do for afternoon sleepiness: 1. Run your body on ketones (get on the keto diet and do intermittent fasting) 2. Fix your sleep 3. Delay drinking your coffee in the morning by 90 to 120 minutes after waking up 4. Take apple cider vinegar or betaine hydrochloride right before you eat Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio: Dr. Berg, age 57, is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting. ChatGPT is Overrated (Dr. Berg Proves It)

Watch as Dr. Berg challenges ChatGPT’s health tips, testing its credibility. You may think twice about trusting ChatGPT’s health tips after this ChatGPT vs. Dr. Berg face-off! Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) [https://open.spotify.com/episode/4oKZ046rIAE3zwxDb06ZaO] 0:00 Introduction: AI vs. health guru 0:40 ChatGPT vs. Dr. Berg on weight loss 1:16 ChatGPT vs. Dr. Berg on diet tips 4:15 ChatGPT vs. Dr. Berg keto 5:14 ChatGPT health tips for cholesterol 6:18 ChatGPT vs. Dr. Berg nutrition and seed oils 7:07 ChatGPT vs. Dr Berg on diet for diabetes 8:37 ChatGPT on red meat 10:40 ChatGPT vs. Dr. Berg on diet for chronic disease To lower cholesterol, ChatGPT claims you should lower dietary cholesterol, increase unsaturated fats, and replace animal proteins with plant proteins. Plants do not have complete protein, and if you reduce your dietary cholesterol, you could end up low in bile and vitamin D. Cholesterol is a vital component of your cell membranes, hormones, and brain. ChatGPT falsely claims that seed oils are not “that bad” when used in moderation. Balance and moderation allow you to continue eating bad food without worrying about the consequences. If you have a chronic disease, you can not simply “balance” your diet. If you have diabetes, you do not want to spike insulin with carbohydrates. ChatGPT recommends legumes and grains for people with diabetes and small, frequent meals. This advice would continue to spike insulin, and would not help reverse diabetes! When asked about diet and nutrition for people with chronic diseases, ChatGPT ignores powerful ways to drastically improve one's health, such as increasing vitamin D and fasting. It continues to recommend moderation for ultra-processed foods, claiming that it is safe and healthy for 20% of your daily calories to be ultra-processed.
