However, most of these brands use the celebrity as the face of the company, and the products they try to hock don’t really matter. It's really just a ploy to make money. But what about those select celebrities who were able to truly crossover into the fashion world, and truly make good products? Is that even possible? With books coming out like Girl Boss or Lean In, females today are told to be a leader, be assertive, and take up more space.  All qualities which I'm perfectly okay with, but what if you're just not built that way? What if you're more nurturing, soft-spoken, or intuitive? Why do women who lead with their femininity get harangued on and told to change their ways?
