i wandered into a hole on instagram which led me to feeling like i was missing out on some things so i decided to talk about it. i also go over some new ways i was taught to think about money by maria tan who i stumbled across on a blog i was reading hehe

self-honesty is so powerful so i decided to introduce myself in that light

i go in depth about how self-honesty has helped me overcome many of my obstacles in life. the book “the inner work” by mat & ash is where i get the quotes used in the episode, i am so grateful for their ability to help all of us sort through and look at what we really need to let go of.
