Growing up as a minority in a small rural town, Heidi experienced deep wounds, rejection, and brokenness in her childhood---and longed for the day when she could build a complete, loving family of her own. But although she grew up in Church and believed in God, that dream (over time) slowly began to eclipse Jesus Himself within her heart. In today's episode, Heidi vulnerably shares her journey through heartbreak, infertility, miscarriage, grief, and devastating loss after going into labor at just 25 weeks pregnant with her daughter. She opens up about the depression that followed, the questions she wrestled with, and how God lovingly revealed that her desire to become a mother had quietly become an idol in her heart 💔 But this testimony doesn't end in despair ⛅ As Heidi surrendered everything back to Jesus, He met her in her grief, restored her faith, surrounded her with community, and reminded her that He is still good---even in suffering. But over time, through a series of unmistakable moments, God promised Heidi that she would one day have a child without medical intervention. 💐🔥SHOW NOTES Discipleship sounds important...but what does it actually look like? In this episode, we're getting honest about the fact that there's no one-size-fits-all formula for discipling someone. You can't just follow a checklist---you have to depend on the Holy Spirit every step of the way. But that doesn't mean it's random either. We talk about how discipleship is: ✨ 1. Customized---the way you walk with someone through following Jesus should reflect who they are (their personality, their struggles, and how they connect with God) ✨ 2. Delegated---real discipleship means giving away authority---not holding on to it. This is how they learn to hear from the Holy Spirit for themselves. We also dive into how Jesus discipled people differently: 👀 Peter vs. John---same Jesus, but very different approach 👀 The 72 disciples---and how they came back different people after being given authority to serve Jesus So basically, you don't have to wait until you feel "ready" to disciple someone. From Secret Shame to Grace-Filled Worship: Breezy's Testimony | Ep. 15

As the youngest of five, Breezy was raised by a faithful mother while her father had walked away from the Lord before she was born. Why Does Discipleship Matter? | Ep. 14
