As we move to the beginning of our Fall 2022 semester at Wilmington Bible College we are excited to grow closer to Christ. The world is waxing worse and worse, but our focus is to be lovers of God. Learning and understanding Bible Doctrine is key to our relationship with God. We no longer view the Scriptures through a lens of Moses, but it is now through a hunger and thirst for righteousness that we can eat supernatural food. Food that nourishes us and moves us to live godly and be a light for those in the world. 2 Timothy 3 Romans 15: 4

Christ is seeking us. When we agree that He is seeking us we take on a new relationship with the God of the universe. Our ear and eye gates are tuned to a new frequency. With Bible College right around the corner we look forward to learning how to channel our attention to Him. To know who it is that created us while we still have time on this earth is invaluable. Seeking Him is not for mere academic reasons, but for personal ones. Listen to how we can seek Jesus more and more in our day to day. Isaiah 55: 6-7 Heb 2: 9 Rev 2: 29

God calls us out of the world. This is a permanent separation in which we begin to see things fall away and grow strangely dim. In this sanctification process we are thoroughly furnished receiving degrees of light which will be revealed in Heaven. His Holy Spirit teaches us to discern and look at life in different angles in which we were unable to see before. As we trust and live by faith the clearer our path, and the one who has called us out, becomes. 1 Peter 3:15-17 2 Timothy 3: 16 and 4: 1-5

The heart of God must be in the center, not our stuff. Through simple belief we are justified and made complete in God's righteousness. Then as we begin our Sanctification we sense the death of our old self and learn more of His rest and peace. The eternal treasures which we discover from following Jesus. We can't manufacture this on our own. In prayer, bodylife and worship our hunger and desire to keep Christ in the center is ever increasing. Matthew 6: 21, 25 and 28

Hearing the Word saves our soul and trains us to live practically. It is an attitude of meekness in which God imparts His very nature into our being. The more He is glorified the more our self is emptied. Let us not overthink what is spoken, but rather agree and participate in the mystery God has planned for our lives. Being doers of the word simplifies and satisfies more than we could ever hope or dream. James 1: 19 - 25
