010 The Cross, Good Friday

Good Friday is a day to reflect on the greatest act of mercy and compassion in all of history - when Jesus bore all of the sins of humanity upon himself on the cross, and offered the gift of his compassionate forgiveness, crying out "Father forgive them for they know not what they do." His love and forgiveness is a free gift, given from the deepest love, that your soul may be saved and have eternal life. No matter what your past, the cross covers it all. Give yourself compassion; this is giving yourself the gift Jesus died to give you on the cross.
