130. I Reversed My Celiac Disease Diagnosis

Growing up, my family believed everything that the medical industry and media touted about being healthy- we followed the diet recommendations, seen the doctor when we were sick, and pumped our body full of medications. And yet, somehow, I was always sick as a child. Going all the way back to very young years, I remember suffering with pain and discomfort from chronic constipation- not to mention other health-related concerns. Then, 15 years ago, after going from doctor to doctor- I was diagnosed with an auto-immune disease that I was told I would have for the rest of my life. The culprit? Celiac Disease. And the only treatment given is a strict gluten-free diet. For years I followed the advice, until one day I started to get curious about the body's ability to heal- and I began doing my own research.
