Ellie opens about some of her recent struggles with her mental health and while we debated editing to remove a section where she is actively disassociating, we ultimately decided not to... because it is authentic to who we are and may help to remove some of the stigma and shame when it comes to dealing with mental health challenges.

Skye gives a quick pre-holiday- end of the year- check in and reminder for everyone to take care of themselves and to be good to yourself. Regular programming resumes next week. We love you all!!
