Episode 9. Why Are You Holding You Back?

Okay, so Episode 8 was a lot to process. Understandably so, it was a lot for me too. Thankfully, the biopsy came back clear. I'm still not entirely out of the woods, but I'm definitely feeling more blessed. The past month has been a reminder of who I am and what I'm capable of. I was drifting off course and needed to refocus on my purpose. I realized I was tired of feeling sorry for myself and needed to be more resilient. This self-reflection, though challenging, has motivated me to take control of my life. I'm no longer going to let negativity hold me back. I'm committed to being tired but dedicated, tired but productive. I'm taking control of what I can control and feeling more purposeful and graceful.

Episode 7. New Seasons Call for New Growth

Hey everyone, I apologize for the delay in posting episode 7. I know I promised it would be up quickly, but I got a little sidetracked. I was so caught up in admiring the view from all the growth I’ve accomplished that I started to slow down my progress. I had to take some time to reevaluate myself and dust off a few areas I’d overlooked. I wanted to be sure I fully understood the steps I needed to take before sharing them with you. I always try to practice what I preach, so I didn’t want to post anything too quickly or share anything I wasn’t completely confident in.
