As an Asian immigrant to Canada, we talk about the hate and discrimination her family faced, how the frustration and anger she felt was channeled into a passion project in university, and despite not knowing what career she wanted to pursue and years of circling back and forth between a variety of different positions, she found her passion in coaching others to find theirs. However, deciding to step out of the ordinary path is not as easy as it sounds. With the label of being a passion coach comes buckets of reactions, financial dilemmas and fears.
