Acerca de Hyperconnected Journeys

Digitally mature enterprises operate in a world with hyperconnected interoperable environments that have increasing reliance on immersive interactions between employees, partners, suppliers, and customers. Thus, enterprises that successfully integrate their partners and customers into their systems and processes, enabling a near-real-time flow of information that is secure, assist better decision-making, and have greater agility in driving desired business outcomes. As this hyperconnected ecosystem is heavily technology-dependent, CIOs need the proper IT infrastructure, applications, processes, and skills to enable connection and collaboration amongst all stakeholders in the value chain.
