We are thrilled & honoured to present to you our interview with local kick-ass woman and Kate's "fan girl" crush - Traci Bateman.  Traci is the owner of the Award Winning Bliss Yoga Spa, has recently begun transforming lives with her health & life coaching AND is basically a PRO-Golfer. Traci knew what she wanted to contribute from a young age after losing her mother to breast cancer at 14 years old; a lifelong journey of wellness. Wellness came in many forms. Pursuing a desire for education she graduated from the University of Calgary with a degree in Economics in 1988. She returned to her studies two decades later to the Academy of Art University in San Francisco for Interior Architecture and Design. In 2021 Traci enrolled in the Health Coach Institute’s program for Health and Life Coaching as well as Joel Brown's Influential Coach Program and Advanced Coaching Certificate. She knew this was her calling - using her experiences and wisdom to help others achieve their best selves. Traci’s childhood loss lit a lifelong fire within her of how not to die. Live life. Live it fully. Live for yourself and live for others. Love influenced Traci’s every action, from winning nine club championships on the links, to laying down roots in a new city to be with the love of her life Mike, her two step sons, and two golden doodles, while keeping close contact with her family. A life well lived, is a life of change. Traci has rebranded herself professionally multiple times. She’s owned businesses from golf accessories, marketing, interior design, and opened Bliss YogaSpa in 2012; an ambitious resort style spa that melds wellness with beauty. Her current role as a Health and Life coach allows Traci to share her passion and give the support to others that she missed out on in her life. Growing up without a mother shaped every facet of her existence and forced her to learn about life through trial and error. Traci is continually in pursuit of healing, for the mind, body and soul. Episode 6 - Shooting the Shit - Literally.

Kate & Cassie catch up. This episode was originally intended to cover hot topics and fresh goss but turned into Kate fully revealing more than one embarrassing poop & bum bum stories. Too much? After a 2 month hiatus we are finally back! Well, this episode was actually recorded in July but we are FINALLY getting around to releasing it after a busy August and trips in September.  This extended episode takes you through a journey with one of Kate's most fabulous & oldest friends Tiffany AKA Trixie! As the summer holidays have approached us and we work towards coordinating schedules for our next guests we thought we would release the highly requested and much anticipated camp fire confessional games mini BONUS Episodes.  In the 1st of 3 installments our first episode takes you through names for WANGS A-Z. Of course we are kidding...unless you don't have appropriate boundaries like us!  *A WARNING - this may be highly offensive to some individuals. Father's Day Special - "Everybody out of the pool". An awkward conversation with a very special guest.

It's Father Day week and we are closing out our family loop with this special release (better quality audio).  We welcome the illusive Bob - Cassie & Alex's father, a man of very few words (try to interview someone that literally has nothing to say).  The dad jokes will be "flowing" and the poop & puke stories are plentiful.  Truthfully, it does get a bit awkward and emotional at times but hey...what family occasion doesn't?   Kate does her best to facilitate the flow of this family conversation and we do hear some good insights into this dynamic.   All Dad's will find this one relatable! Including;  The "old-school" reason why Alex is named Alex  - things have changed a lot in 27 years. Thank God!  💩 That time Cassie cleared out a public pool.  Tattoo's & Piercings?
