Indiana Fever Files | with Scott Agness
The Indiana Fever (17-10) put together a historic offensive performance in a 123-88 rout of the Connecticut Sun, setting franchise records for points in a game and points in a half (70). Caitlin Clark looked as fluid and comfortable as she has all season, finishing with 27 points and 11 assists for her fifth double-double this season. Clark, Kelsey Mitchell (23 points), and Aliyah Boston (22-6-5) combined for 72 points as the Fever won their third straight game and eighth in their last 11, delivering the perfect feel-good performance heading into the All-Star break. Clark was also issued her 7th technical foul of the season, so she's one away from an automatic one-game suspension. Those three All-Stars will suit up on Saturday, but the Fever do not have a representative for All-Star Friday night. ----- Follow Scott on Twitter [https://twitter.com/ScottAgness] and Instagram [https://www.instagram.com/scottagness/], and read his work on fieldhousefiles.com [https://www.fieldhousefiles.com/].
