#2 Eva Harasta: Wieder-Verzauberung

In dieser Folge sprechen die Theologiestudentin Jana Coenen und Dr. Eva Harasta vom Lutherischen Weltbund über bereits existierende Studieninhalte der theol. Ausbildung, die auf die Klimakrise reagieren: von einzelnen Veranstaltungen über Programme und Zertifikate bis zur kompletten Umgestaltung des Curriculums. Hier erfährst Du was möglich ist. Daneben denken beide über die Schöpfung als einen möglichen Ort der Gotteserfahrung nach und sind dafür auch interdisziplinär unterwegs. Wie definieren wir heilige Orte und was macht sie aus?  Dr. Eva Harasta ist gebürtige Wienerin, arbeitet als Program Executive for Global Lutheran Theology beim Lutherischen Weltbund und ist Pfarrerin der Evangelischen Kirche A.B. in Österreich. Mit einer Arbeit zur "Bewahrheitung der Kirchen durch Jesus Christus" habilitierte sie sich im Fach Systematische Theologie und beschäftigte sich u.a. mit diesen Themen intensiv: das Gebet (einschließlich der Klage), die Frage nach der „wahren Kirche“, der interreligiöse Dialog, die Theologie Dietrich Bonhoeffers, reformatorische Theologie (Martin Luther, Jean Calvin), Sünde und Erbsünde und die Trinitätstheologie. #1 Jione Havea: Earth is the Context

In this episode, Professor Claudia Jahnel and Professor Jione Havea talk about Havea's ecological approach to Old Testament texts. Jione shares his personal motivation to look at theology ecologically and together they question the value of labels and schools in theological discourse. Is climate still in the margin? Or is our theological thinking only guided in such a way that we do not perceive ecology as a center? Jione Havea is a native Methodist pastor from Tonga, and Adjunct Professor in biblical and cultural studies with the School of Theology, Charles Sturt University, and in religious and indigenous studies with the University of Divinity in Melbourne (both universities are in Australia).  In his church work, Jione was involved in the greening (revision) of the curriculum of Sia'atoutai Theological College (Tonga) and of the formation and continuing education programs of the Methodist Church in Tonga (2022-2024). He currently serves in the role of Catalyst for the Stewardship of Earth, with responsibility for the AcClimatise the Lectionary Project within the NSW and ACT Synod of the Uniting Church in Australia.
