Do you keep having the same fight over and over again? Do you want that your spouse would show up differently for you? Keep feeling unappreciated at home or at work. Does the same situation keep repeating with colleagues, subordinates, or managers? How do I stop the same thing from happening over and over again? Why do I make the same mistake again and again? The repetition of something is the existence of a pattern. Patterns repeat themselves in life. Patterns are a reliable sample of traits, acts, tendencies, or observable characteristics of a person, a group, or an institution. When a pattern stops serving us we want to change it. to create that change in behavior, or situation we need to do these three steps: 1) Recognize the pattern through Awareness 2) Stop resisting it through Acceptance 3) Shift through taking Aligned Action Then Rinse and repeat until the new pattern is the one you consciously created.
