In this episode we wanted to touch base on how we are taught to forgive and forget when it comes to others, but never to forgive ourselves when we do wrong. We wanted to bring awareness to that for those who can be tough on themselves when they mess up. We want you all to know it's okay to mess up and that we all do, so take a min to allow yourself to mess up and forgive yourself for your faults. We really wanted to talk about what is that one phrase that helps us keep a smile on our face and keep it pushing with life. We all know life can be stressful, but never let it swallow you and effect you as a person. Always continue to treat those around you with kindness because you never know what they are going through.

It's Okay To Not Be Okay

We want to touch base on simply bring aware of your mental health and having no shame on wanting to speak up for yourself. Be your biggest advocate and be an advocate to those who feel like they have no voice. Don't self sabotage your own feelings and emotions because you fear being heard and understand. The Last Six Months

The last six month have been eventful. A lot has changed, and we as individuals have changed.
